CTI has a manufacturing experience of more than 3,500 fire-tube boilers of the registered trademark CONTINENTAL, and it has partially or totally refurbished and manufactured more than 100 water-tube boilers to cover the overall demand of the local industry. The Company has also manufactured more than 4,000 pressure vessels for different process applications with ASME authorized stamps, in order to cover the demand of the Private, Oil and Petrochemical industry for new developments and upgraded projects.
Water-tube boiler
A water tube boiler is a type of boiler in which water circulates in tubes heated externally by the fire. Fuel is burned inside the furnace, creating hot gas which heats water in the steam-generating tubes
Fire-tube boiler
Type of boiler in which hot gases from a fire pass through one or more tubes running through a sealed container of water. The heat of the gases is transferred through the walls of the tubes by thermal conduction, heating the water and ultimately creating steam.
Heat exchange
Is a piece of equipment built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. The media may be separated by a solid wall, so that they never mix, or they may be in direct contact.
